WATSONS YOU AWARDS
Terms & Conditions/ Rules & Regulations:

1. Open to all males and females aged 18 and above who are resident in Singapore, except for employees of Watsons and their immediate family members
2. You can complete your Registration on-line at Watsons website at www.watsonsyouawards.com.sg
3. All applications have to be submitted on or before 20 June 2010, 2359hrs.
4. Contestants are advised to retain ORIGINAL receipt to be presented if contestant is shortlisted
5. Watsons does not accept responsibility for late, lost, damaged or illegible entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
6. The decision of Watsons in all matters relating to the YOU AWARDS competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
7. Each winner will be entitled to one (1) prize only
8. Watsons will notify the winners by written correspondence using the email/contact information provided at time of entry. Watsons reserves the right to retract offer of prize if winning entrant fails to acknowledge receipt of prize within 4 weeks of notification.
9. The specified prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. However, in the event of the whole or any part of the prize being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, Watsons reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value
10. Watsons reserves the right to engage any contestant in publicity-related events
11. By submitting your photograph(s) to Watsons to be entered into the YOU AWARD competition, you hereby:
(i) grant Watsons a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display, the photograph(s) in connection with the YOU AWARDS competition, including without limitation for promoting the YOU AWARDS, displaying the photograph(s) on the Watsons website, redistributing the photograph(s) in any other media formats and through any other media channels;
(ii) grant each user of the Watson’s website a non-exclusive license to access your photograph through the website for the purpose of viewing and voting for YOU AWARDS contestants;
(iii) agree that Watsons has no responsibility to return any photograph(s) submitted in printed or digital format; and
(iv) agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, unless you are the owner of such rights.
